A Highly motivated Lettings Negotiator is required for an award winning independent estate agency based in Islington, North London, N1.
We are looking for enthusiastic, bubbly, talkative, money motivated individuals with the passion to succeed.
A minimum of 1 years experience within the London Lettings Market in required with a proven track record.
The ideal candidate must have the following qualities:-
- Well spoken & presentable
- A proven track record of exceeding Lettings targets
- A full clean UK/ EU driving licence
- The ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
- Sound business ethics
- Tenacity and be a self-starter
- The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
- A desire to want to grow the company & provide outstanding customer service.
