Contact Centre Manager
Location: Birmingham
Working Schedule: Monday – Friday 37.5 hours
Salary: £40,000 + Bonus

The Role
Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Company Customer Contact Centre. Key duties include managing the team of Telesales, Customer Service and Internal National Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Instilling and maintaining a culture and behaviour of industry leading customer service
- Ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure speedy and effective resolution to customer queries
- Continually seek to improve communications between departments to achieve the highest levels of customer service
- Working proactively with the digital team to ensure stream lined order processes are implemented
- Achieve Telesales Sales and Margin Targets
- Preparing & submitting reports to senior management
- Ensure all training requirements are met and regularly reviewed
- Manage the outbound telesales team to ensure targets are met
- Develop and implement a telesales sales plan that is focussed upon retaining and expanding business levels with existing customers
- Ensure targets are clearly understood by the team and met on a consistent basis
Your Skills
