Our Group Change function helps each business area across the Aldermore Group translate their strategic priorities into a well-defined and manageable change agenda. We are a delivery function for the group's businesses responsible for shaping and driving a fully prioritised change agenda and roadmap. Our purpose is to help move Aldermore from where it is now, to where it wants to be.

We’re looking for an experienced PMO Analyst to join us at a crucial time as we embark on some significant change programmes across our business. You’ll report into the Head of Product Delivery (Group Functions) and form part of our wider PMO support team. You’ll play a key role in the successful running of the Group Functions Portfolio, which includes Risk, Finance & Treasury and People Change. You’ll support the Portfolio to execute quality, governance in line with the Group Change Policy, control and financial responsibilities.

We’re currently refreshing our change lifecycle so this is unique opportunity to join us at an exciting time as we roll out a brand new change Framework across the business where you’ll have opportunity to learn, share knowledge and play a role in the evolution of our group change function.

What would your day look like?

  • Establish and maintain governance arrangements for the delivery of change outcomes and/or programmes within Group Functions, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities and accountabilities are appropriately assigned.
  • Co-ordinate and facilitate governance reviews at appropriate points throughout the change lifecycle inline with policy principles (i.e. Check point, Quality Assurance checks, lessons learned), ensuring appropriate evidence is captured, issues escalated and mitigation plans agreed where required.
  • Oversight and assurance of schedules of initiatives and/or programme activities and events, taking account of dependencies and resource requirements. Ensure regular review and feedback on plans in line with Quality Assurance standards.
  • Support the identification and monitoring of initiative and/or programme and/or portfolio RAID items. Ensure they are logged and reviewed accordingly and actions are owned and tracked.
  • Ensure adherence to the change request process, safeguarding the appropriate changes to time, cost and scope are documented, reviewed and signed off.

What do we expect of you?

  • An experienced PMO Analyst role, who is a passionate advocate of the value a professional PMO team can bring to an organisation
  • Good knowledge of what governance and control processes looks like across both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, having demonstrable experience of practically applying and embedding it.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team, have good collaboration skills and understand the value and importance of knowledge sharing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, being able to communicate with clarity and confidence.
  • Strong attention to details and technicalities. You will be thorough and pride yourself in the quality and accuracy of your work.
  • A confident multi-tasker, you will thrive in a fast paced environment that offers plenty of variety
