NxGen Recruit are currently working with an expanding business in Northampton to recruit an Customer IT Support Analyst on a permanent basis.
This role will have the following elements including:
- Business application and systems IT access management. Administrating access and passwords for end users to business applications and systems.
- Application Support and Systems Support to end users both remotely and at deskside.
- Coordination and assurance of IT Services ensuring the current managed service provider progresses and resolves end user IT issues. This will include managing support queues and ensuring incidents are progress and escalated.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience, and attributes:
- Resolving IT issues both remotely and in a customer facing environment such as experience in a Service Desk, Helpdesk, 1st / 2nd Line, 1st Line, 2nd Line or Desktop Support based role.
- Good knowledge of end user technologies and devices such as Office 365
- ITIL aware
- Ability to engage and work with a wide range of stakeholders
- Customer focused
This role will be based from the Northampton office with hybrid working.
There will also be travel to other regional offices on a weekly basis.
