The main focus of a workplace technology manager is to oversee the implementation and maintenance of technology solutions in the workplace, with the goal of improving efficiency, productivity, and the overall performance of the organisation. This includes managing the organisation's hardware, software, as well as providing technical support to employees and ensuring that technology solutions align with the organisation's strategic goals. A workplace technology manager may also be responsible for identifying new technology trends and opportunities that can benefit the organisation, as well as managing projects to implement new technology solutions.
Overall, the primary focus of a workplace technology manager is to leverage technology to improve the organisation's operations and performance.
