Talk Services is on the lookout for a customer service enthusiast and professional Call Centre Sales Assistant in Colchester.

As a Call Centre Sales Assistant, you will be handling high level of inbound and outbound calls for Sales and Customer Services purposes on behalf of our UK Clients. Responsibilities will include keeping up with compliance, regulations, as well as offering the services most suited to the customer’s needs. Product training is provided.
The goal of our Call Centre team is not only to promote the services available, but to provide a great image with excellent customer service and professional etiquette. You will be reporting to our Call Centre Manager to keep track of your work as well as obtaining regular feedback.
You will be:
- Demonstrating strong communication skills and telephone manners.
- Well presented in the office and in front of clients.
- Previous 2 year experience in a Sales or Customer Service environment is preferred
- Able to discuss and solve complex situations for the customer.
- Analytical and with good written skills to report and document any issues.
- Able to confidently use a Windows operating system (Windows 10)
- Competitive and eager to work in a fast paced environment.
- Target oriented

Salary: £25,000.00-£29,500.00 per year
