Our Client has openings for HCA/ Support Worker for Full time – Days / Nights in Hadleigh, Ipswich IP7 Looking for applicants with prior experience in Healthcare Sector.
The care home is set in four acres of gardens surrounded by farmland and provides care for 54 residents.
Job Details as HCA/Senior Support Worker:
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Hadleigh, Ipswich
Salary: £10.80 per hour
Schedule: Days / Nights – 12-hour shift
Responsibilities as HCA/Senior Support Worker:
As a valued member of our care family, you'll work within our care home environment delivering high-quality to the residents. Working as part of the care team, you'll recognise and facilitate the daily needs of residents, conduct formal supervisions and appraisals, as well as, contributing to care planning and coaching support workers. With an emphasis on high quality, the purpose of the role is to maintain the personal care needs of residents, respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence.
Requirements as HCA/Senior Support Worker:
- Proven experience of working in a care setting,
- A good team player
