You should have the ability to present complex concepts in a clear, concise, and compelling way.

You should be experienced and comfortable presenting to large groups and delivering inspiring and engaging presentations.

Nonwovens are important in many industries and applications - you should demonstrate a range of industrial experience and be comfortable working within-end use applications.

Proven ability to inspire internal teams and clients to push the boundaries of what they thought was possible.

You should identify and be inspired by disruptive innovation and transformational ideas and be able to pass this on to others around you.

You should be able to form thoughtful and considered perspectives, supported by both objective fact and strategic conviction.
A Ph.D. or Degree/Master in Textile or Material Science/Engineering with a minimum of five years of experience that includes leadership, and commercially focused R&D projects.
