Meraki Talent are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated and skilled Administration Consulting Analyst within a leading financial services firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing organizational structures, processes, and procedures to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams managing pensions administration across the country to assess their needs, define the project's parameters, and support its effective implementation, meeting clients' expectations.
- Conduct research and gather data to support recommendations Supporting new business activities.
- Deliver assigned pensions administration related services and projects to a portfolio of client projects.
- Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation processes.
- Adheres to the firm’s Information Security standards, policies and procedures.
Knowledge Required:
- 2+ years financial services experience.
- Educated to degree level or has relevant equivalent experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency.
