The role
This is a 6-Month Fixed Term Contract
Our Internal Recruiters are responsible for the recruitment of Dealership centre staff throughout the the UK on a 6-Month Fixed Term Contract basis. This role will be based remotely with one to two days a week working from our Warrington office. You’ll need a can-do, open attitude demonstrating agility, breadth of thinking and a desire to work as part of a successful team.
Key accountabilities
As a Recruiter, you’ll be providing a first-class experience for both our candidates and managers. As well as proactively sourcing, screening and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, while developing a talent pool of candidates.
Skills & experience
- Experience working in a recruitment or resourcing role
- Proven ability to source and attract candidates using various tools and methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong and effective communications skills
- Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and a team player
