As a Development Director at BARB you will be expected to bring software and game development experience, curiosity, and flexibility to find the right solution for our teams to excel. You will be able to demonstrate a depth of knowledge of game development software processes and have experienced all of the excitement that game development provides. Responsibilities:

- Find and support the best delivery methodology for your team

Requirements:
- Provable project management experience within a creative industry
- Excellent understanding of a creative software life cycle
- Demonstrable knowledge of planning, scheduling and tracking techniques
