We have an opportunity for you to join our exciting alliance with Clancy, Kier and Anglian Water, responsible for managing a small team of commercial professionals.
Here are some of the activities you will be involved in:

Demonstrating the highest levels of commercial integrity and financial self-assurance

Providing transparent, accurate and timely commercial reporting

Adherence to the embedded alliance internal governance to satisfy contractual and legal requirements

Constantly striving to identify and embed best commercial management practices
-
Identifying and delivering commercial process efficiencies
-
Proactively managing financial and commercial risks and opportunities
-
Developing and maintaining close working relationships with all key stakeholders

Line management of direct Commercial Performance reports
What you need.
We’ll take it as read that you are an excellent communicator and problem solver with a thorough understanding of NEC3 forms of contract, construction, and contract law. With relevant professional qualifications e.g. RICS, CIOB, ICE and ideally a relevant degree in Construction or Commercial Management.
Significant experience, with a proven track record of team development is essential, along with resourcefulness and the ability to work under pressure.
Willingness to travel across the entire AW region so a Full clean UK driving licence is essential.
