Job Description
Our company is seeking a Training Manager to help develop and implement an effective training program. The Training Manager is responsible for coordinating training activities that prepare new hires for their roles and make employees more effective in their current positions. This position will require the successful candidate to work with our team to schedule training sessions, assign training materials and work with individual employees to ensure they are able to execute their responsibilities successfully.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a sales team in your local area.
- Manage trainers' performance.
- Select and recruit trainers.
- Evaluate trainer performance.
- Manage the budget of training programs.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
