Job Description
We are looking for an additional IFA administrator/ Accounts Assistant to join our small team and support our Financial Advisers and Paraplanners. This role would suit somebody with financial services experiences or individuals who are interested in moving into the financial services industry.
This is a full time role within a friendly office environment. The successful candidate should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and understand the importance of attention to detail. Ideally we are looking for a candidate who has experience with fee processing and reconciliations.
Duties will include but will not be limited to;
· Reconciling fee expectations with payments, producing reports and highlighting any discrepancies
· Checking/ Submitting/Processing and monitoring new business applications for Investments, Pensions, Mortgages
· Preparation of client valuations
· Obtaining quotations
· Checking Suitability Reports
· Issuing Letters of Authority
· Preparing and maintaining client files both using our back office system (Intelligent Office) and paper based files
Working hours are 9.00 – 5.30 Monday to Thursday and 9.00 – 5.00 on Friday.
