Customer Service Advisor x 3

1 x 37 hours per week, Permanent

1 x 22.5 hours per week, Permanent

1 x 30-37 hours per week, 4-month Fixed Term Contract

£24,493.00 per annum, pro rata

Clwyd Alyn Housing Association operates across seven counties in North and Mid Wales. At the heart of the business is the Customer Service Team.

What the role involves

We are looking for an enthusiastic advisor to join our very close and supportive team who work in a positive working environment and demonstrate the companies’ values in all that they do. The team are hardworking and motivated and support each other to perform to their highest ability. It is important to have a positive mindset and an empathetic nature and by focusing on our culture we support employee growth and provide a safe working environment.

This role offers blended working of home and office, although the induction programme will be delivered from our Head Office in St Asaph, it will involve dealing with enquiries over the telephone, social media and all other digital communication methods from tenants, residents, applicants, contractors, and the general public regarding:

Ideally you will have experience of delivering results through a centralised customer service team. You will feel comfortable working in a fast paced, busy environment. Experience of working in a housing environment is highly desirable as is the ability to converse through the medium of Welsh.
