We have an exciting opportunity in the School of East Asian Studies for a Senior Student Experience Officer.
Located in Jessop West, you will be a key team player in the energetic School of East Asian Studies’ Learning and Teaching Team, at the forefront of delivering high quality student focused administrative support throughout the student lifecycle; from enrolment on programmes through to graduation.
Reporting to and working closely with the Student Experience Manager, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of taught programme administration at all levels across the department, and dual degrees, to support a high quality student experience.
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic candidates who will have a flexible and adaptable approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective networks and strong working relationships. You will have excellent IT skills with experience of using Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, Access and email) and/or equivalent Google Apps in an office environment and the ability to improve procedures through advanced functions.
