The Job Role

Executive Head Chef of a high-end B&I contract

Executive Head Chef of a busy B&I contract

To produce high quality food with 100% made on-site

To lead and develop an enthusiastic kitchen team of 14

Autonomy on menus with support to introduce new ideas and offerings.
The Requirements

The successful applicant will already be a proven Executive Chef, Development Chef or Head Chef who wants to cook real food.

A proven track record within high end B&I contract catering or event background
-
A Self-starter with a zest for great forward thinking food

A team player who leads from the front.
