The Job Role

• Executive Head Chef of a high-end B&I contract
• Executive Head Chef of a busy B&I contract
• To produce high quality food with 100% made on-site
• To lead and develop an enthusiastic kitchen team of 14
• Autonomy on menus with support to introduce new ideas and offerings.

The Requirements

• The successful applicant will already be a proven Executive Chef, Development Chef or Head Chef who wants to cook real food.
• A proven track record within high end B&I contract catering or event background
• A Self-starter with a zest for great forward thinking food
• A team player who leads from the front.
