Your role
Are you customer oriented and able to build trusted relationships with senior executive level clients in multiple locations as well as confidently analyse and interpret compensation data?
We are looking for someone like this to help us:
- give guidance on rewards, compensation plans and approvals that is in line with our internal governance and supports our compensation strategy
- partner with the HR business partners and recruiters to provide consultancy and advice on compensation offerings and other reward options as well as support on a variety of processes
- produce, develop, and analyze complex compensation data and provide recommendations based on that on an ad-hoc basis
- interface with various stakeholders within Performance & Reward, HR overall and the business
- support and own a variety of reward processes in the Investment Banking division (market data, pay equity, salary model, annual year-end reward cycle and funding).
Your team
You will be working in the Investment Bank (IB) Reward team who are based in London, New York and Poland. We are an energetic international team used to working virtually. We are adaptable to change and cope well with pressure. Our role is to support the HR Business Partners and the business across all business units within the IB by providing advice on various reward products and policies that support pay for performance and fair and equitable pay decisions.
Your expertise
- a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, specialization in compensation, finance or business administration is a plus
- ideally several years of experience within reward or related functions
- worked across multiple business lines and levels of seniority with a high degree of customer orientation and sense of responsibility
- an excellent communicator and team player with fluent written and spoken English
- a self-starter, with high attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, high numerical literacy, and a high level of commitment
- a multitasker, well organized and able to thrive when no two days are the same
