First Call Contract Services are happy to have the opportunity to find an Warehouse Admin for their client based in the Grays area.
You will be working alongside the Warehouse Team reporting to the Service Manager , working for a large clothing brand looking after administration for site facilities , all system training will be provided and this role may lead to a permanent placement after a successful completion of your 13 week probation.
The candidate must be 18+ and have worked in a similar environment , experienced in Microsoft Excel, word and be able to use Outlook. Must be very confident on the phone and a be able to communicate well with clients and customers.
Working pattern
- Monday – Friday
- Start times 7am till 3pm
- Flexibility with shifts is important
- weekly pay
- Must be able to get to Lakeside Grays
Job role
- Conducting Audits
- Managing Contractors on site, making sure permits are signed.
- Raising POs
- Managing PPM files on site
- You also maybe asked to cover the admin office.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Saturdays maybe offered as overtime
