FULL TIME ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

We have a fantastic opportunity available at RRG Huddersfield for an Accounts Assistant, to join our accounts department, working to support the Branch Accountant.
The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and training will be given on our DMS.
Tasks covered in the role but not limited to:

Daily Cash Banking

Daily and Monthly Bank Reconciliations

Sales Ledger including credit control

Posting purchase invoices and credit notes

Supplier statements reconciliations
-
Preparing and processing monthly supplier BACs run

Company Credit Card Reconciliation

Intercompany Transactions
-
Assisting all departments with any queries

General Office/Admin Duties
-
Holiday Cover for the Accounts Department

Hours:
37 ½ hours per week – 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday with an unpaid half hour lunch break.
