Full time including some Saturday mornings (or 2x part time to job share)
We are a small, independent optical practice, established since 1981. Looking for a new member to join the team to provide a high level of customer assistance. The job involves reception duties - including telephone, computer, preparation of clinics, filing, processing orders and sales, preparation of invoices for book keeping, cleanliness of practice. With training/experience will also assist patients with minor repairs to spectacles, frame choice, lenses, measurements, and contact lens teaching.
Good communication skills and computer literacy are essential, must be self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
