Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and directing the call to the relevant person/department.
Producing finance documents for new agreements and forwarding them to the relevant broker in a timely manner.
Moving new proposals out of the credit searching error queue for further underwriting.
Adding joint hirer details to pending proposals
Processing welcome packs and the scanning/filing for new agreements when required.
General office duties as and when required.

Successful candidates will need to be able to demonstrate the following experience, behavioural competencies, and

Experience and skills 1. At least one year’s experience in an administrative position
2. Financial services experience is desirable but not essential
