We have six campuses across the city with over 4,500 full time learners and 10,000 part time learners. The college is continuing an exciting programme of improving the IT facilities offered to our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
-
Provide 1st and 2nd line quality support for both hardware and software for College staff and students, complying with IT Technician working practices and policies.

Provide technical support and maintenance for software used within the College networks.

Carry out the installation and configuration of all new computer hardware and software to ensure operation to the highest quality standard.
About you:
-
Welsh Language Skills – Level 4.
-
Qualified at level 3 or above in IT or related discipline.

Proven track record of working as an IT Technician or a similar role
