Mayfair based global private equity firm has fantastic opportunity for lynch-pin operational assistant.
A diverse role that will encompass a variety of duties (reception, stock control, operations and adhoc facilities as well as team assistant duties)
On a day to day basis candidates will:
- logging guests onto the main building reception database)
- Greet visitors on arrival (as first point of contact)
- Taking visitors through to meeting rooms
- Sorting the Post before distribution throughout the office
- Booking Couriers/Cabs - keeping records
- Updating a report on daily basis
- Updating Contacts Database (daily)
- Updating telephone & contact lists
- Booking international travel for Directors
- Assisting with external and internal events
Candidates must be able to demonstrate relevant experience and should have worked in reception or operational capacity for a finance house or within 5 star hospitality.
