Our Arrivals Team are the first to greet our guests as they arrive on site for their day of adventure. You will be part of this front line team, ensuring they are met with a warm welcome and a smile, providing them with a wealth of information so they have an enjoyable and unforgettable day.
What will this role entail?
Reporting to our Assistant Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of customer service is provided to all of our guests upon their arrival. You will have a good knowledge of Longleat, and ensure courtesy and attention is given to all guests as well as providing them with any reasonable assistance that may be requested.
Key duties will include:

Ensure the highest standards of Guest care across the Park by implementing a “Guest comes first” attitude when performing duties. Take ownership for delivery of exceptional standards of Guest service and presentation.

Maintaining a high standard of communication with guests via face to face.

Understanding and resolving of guest complaints and enquiries face to face on the day.

Cash handling, cashing up and financial understanding of process.

Where appropriate, you’ll also enhance revenue through upselling and cross-selling when engaging with guests and helping them make informed decisions about their visit.

Passion for delivering a first class customer service.
What will I need to be considered for this vacancy?

Enthusiasm and energy.

Strong communication skills with a keen, positive and friendly nature.

Good knowledge of IT products, use of computers and software and keyboard skills.

Ability to work under pressure, and to bring a good measure of energy to the job.

Experience in Customer Services or in interfacing with customers is an advantage.

Due to the remote location of the park and the requirement to drive between our two arrival locations, holding a driving licence is preferable.

You’ll be employed on a fixed term contract ending 7th January 2024, shorter contracts are also available. Working hours to vary over a 7-day rota basis, including weekends, evening and bank holidays as required. Earliest start time from 8am, and latest finish time up to 8pm, varying in accordance with opening times.
