Our projects include large residential, industrial, and commercial schemes with contract values over £100million to smaller schemes working for interesting clients including motor manufacturers, sports teams, school and university buildings, healthcare providers, contractors and developers etc.
What training and support will be provided by Ridge?

BTEC in Construction and the Built Environment (Level 3) undertaken on a part time basis (day release) provided by a local college.

Internal and externally provided training courses for software packages and other continued professional development (CPD) presentations.

Approved in house training scheme to achieve professional registration with ICE / IStructE / Engineering Council (as Technician Member)
Upon completion of the approved apprenticeship and subject to your overall performance, there may be an opportunity to go onto further study and unlock routes to further professional registration opportunities.
