We’re looking for a Cyber Security Training & Awareness Lead to join our Cyber Security team to work with teams across the business to develop their awareness and commitment to cyber security and promote a proactive security mindset.

Your Responsibilities
- Developing, reviewing, implementing, and maintaining a risk-based security awareness and training strategy and annual programme, targeted to manage human risks across different areas of the business, determining the methods used to maximise impact of this programme.
- Identifying and evaluating the top human cyber security risks to the business, and behaviours that need to change to manage those risks through internal and external research.
- Creating a metrics framework to determine the effectiveness of the awareness and training programme, and employee compliance with training.
- Ensuring employees and third parties understand and acknowledge applicable cyber security policies, whilst proactively creating opportunities that encourage employees to move beyond acknowledgement of policies and towards adopting a security mindset.
- Ensuring security awareness trainings and communications are on brand, Comms-aligned, engaging and influence changes in employees’ behaviour
- Reporting upon the effectiveness of the security awareness and training programme to senior stakeholders.
- Working with managers across the business on a risk-basis to drive the embedding of good security behaviours.
- Establishment of a Cyber Security Champion Programme around the business to promote good security behaviours across teams.
- Driving regular campaigns that mitigate key threats and risks to Evri e.g. phishing.
- Working with the L&D team to ensure the training programme is aligned to the wider business approach.
Your Experience
Does this sound like you?
- Experience, preferable in similar role and/or either Communications, Marketing, or similar fields
- Demonstrable experience in technical training or adult education
- Experience and/or a genuine interest in cyber security.
- An ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, orally and in writing, in an easily understood and actionable manner
- An ability to effectively influence and convince others to make appropriate changes in their priorities and behaviours for the benefit of the organisation
- An ability to coordinate activities on behalf of Cyber Security with HR, Risk Management, and Compliance functions
- Decision-making capabilities, with a proven ability to weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and identify the most appropriate one
- Confidence, and an energetic self-starter, with strong interpersonal skills
