We are a dynamic and fast-paced company looking for a highly motivated Business Sales Executive to join our team. As a Business Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring that targets are met.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
· Engaging with customers to identify their specific requirements and providing expert advice on the features and benefits of the products or services being sold.
· Preparing and presenting accurate quotations, including prices, credit terms, delivery schedules, and payment arrangements, and coordinating delivery and installation of goods if required.
· Maintaining a strong relationship with customers by following up with them to ensure their satisfaction and to identify opportunities for further sales.
· Keeping up-to-date with the latest advances in our product/field and suggesting possible improvements to our product or service.
· Maintaining comprehensive records and accounts of sales made and handling customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
· Proven experience in B2B sales
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong negotiation skills
· Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
· Comfortable managing a site team and liaising with client representatives.
· Preferably be able to speak Hindi and/or Punjabi
