With health, safety and customer satisfaction the main priority, as an Operative on our Scottish Water contract, you will be responsible for carrying out civil excavation activities safely.
Responsibilities:

Safely undertake activities to minimise disruption to local residents/general public

Only commencing works if it is safe to do so and escalating where required

Carrying out client specifications in accordance with health, safety and environmental regulations as well as RAMS, NRSWA / NJUG / HAUC

Ensure all communications are polite & professional

Record information onto the Toughbook

Ensure sites are left compliant for other trades and the public

Cooperate in any incident / accident / damage investigation
We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate…..
Previous experience along with a full and valid driving license in addition to a NRSWA qualification.
A great attitude and a good understanding of why operating safely is critical, along with excellent customer service and communications skills.
