Procter & Gamble (P&G) is one of the world’s largest advertisers, owning globally iconic brands such as Gillette, Pampers, Oral-B and Head and Shoulders.
We are looking for someone to work in the exciting, fast growing area of Retailer Media within P&G!
You will work to support the Brand and Sales teams on retailer-led marketing plans that grow P&G brands in a way that is relevant for retailers and their shoppers.
You will be required to deliver successful customer marketing execution, coordinating execution across Sales teams, Brand teams and agencies. This will include briefing external Retailer Media agencies such as Boots Media Group and Dunnhumby. This could be for a number of touchpoints including, on-site display Media, coupons, Outdoor screens or in-store material.
You will be required to support the Marketing Team with Purchase Order raising, Marketing budget analysis, tracking and invoicing.
Part of the role will involve implementing campaigns on Retailer Website Sponsored Search including set-up, key word selection, tracking and real-time optimization across Amazon Search and Criteo. Experience here is preferred, but not essential and we will offer training to upskill in this area.

Head Office Location: This role is based in our UK Head Office in Weybridge, Surrey which is an easy commute from London with regular trains from Waterloo and a free shuttle service from the station to the office. Flexibility: We operate a flex at work approach, with flexibility built into the role. Our UK Media Team spend 3 days of their week collaborating together in our offices or at our external partners or customers. This is balanced with 2 of their days spent on focused work which most tend to do from home. Of course, we do a bit of both every day, but we encourage our teams to choose where they work based on the jobs to be done.

Qualifications
Operational Excellence: you will lead and own specific end to end operational processes within Retailer Media across the business
Collaboration: Build strong working relationships across the sales, marketing and agency network to support strong execution on key initiatives.
Communication: you need to share detailed briefs in a clear and understandable way to deliver “right first time” responses and prompt approval sign off internally and externally.
Are proactive, accountable, and curious to learn with a desire to move projects forwards to deliver results.
Are competent using Microsoft Office Package.
(Not essential but advantageous). Have experience activating performance media campaigns and / or experience in retailer search campaign management including set-up, optimisation and reporting with Criteo, Citrus and/or AMS.
