We understand hospitality can involve anti-social hours. All contracted staff who earn less than £36,000 full-time annual salary can earn up to an additional £3.00 per hour:
Sunday - Thursday from 7pm - 5am = extra £1.00 per hour
Saturday and Sunday from 5am - 7pm = extra £2.00 per hour
Friday and Saturday evening from 7pm - 5am = extra £3.00 per hour!
We also recognise everyone plays their part to provide amazing service.
On top of your salary you can earn up to £1,000 service charge per quarter (points based criteria for eligibility).

If you do live out, we offer a Taxi Policy and contribute towards your taxi to and from work outside of the designated bus times Monday - Saturday and all day Sunday.
About the Role
To be responsible for excellent guest service, product knowledge, team development, retail, food and beverage support of the Golf guest experience. Continually developing the guest journey across all departments, including development of new incentives, training, events, team training and standardisation of protocols to the highest standards.
About You
- At least 10 years' experience working in a Golf environment.
- At least 3 years Management experience and leading a team to deliver exceptional levels of customer service.
- knowledge of Microsoft Office including, Word and Excel.
- A good planner, able to organise, prioritise and delegate tasks to team members.
- Empowers employees to provide excellent customer service.
- Seeks to identify problems in the day to day operations and presents solutions to solve them.
