Bramley Health is looking to recruit a Operations Coordinator on a full time, permanent basis for our Croham Place Nursing Home, based in South Croydon.
You will be coordinating a range of tasks and assisting with the smooth running of the Service. We are looking for a proactive individual with a positive attitude, who is able to work closely with the Registered Manager, supporting with operational and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Completing the staff Rota to ensure adequate cover at all times
- Ensuring all payroll queries are effectively managed
- Shortlisting applicants and arranging interviews
- Facilitating new joiner inductions and induction training
- Carrying out both operational and health + safety audits
- Ensure staff and service users records are up to date and correctly maintained.
- Support the service manager with handling complaints and investigations
- Manage and audit: keys, swipe cards and personal alarms
- Further ad hoc duties
The ideal applicant?
- A good understanding of MS office
- Able to communicate with stakeholders of all levels
- Excellent telephone manner
- Accuracy and attention to detail
