Working for Traditional Glaze Solutions Ltd T/A Woodcraft Windows :
Woodcraft Windows are a successful and established supplier of timber windows and doors with our Head Office based in Wheatley, Oxford with additional showrooms in North London, Cambridge and Harrogate.
Due to the continued growth of the business, we are now looking for an experienced Customer Service Assistant to join the team at Oxford on a full-time basis.
The role will include the following:
- Manage all incoming customer queries and questions.
- Provide appropriate service and information to customers or referring customers to other departments, as required.
- Resolving customer complaints – consulting with sales, installation, and project managers.
- Maintain CRM database by entering and updating customer & project information.
- Assist estimating department with quotations and checking product availability.
- Liaise with customers throughout the sales, installation and post sales process.
- Be the customers representative within the company.
- Always provide excellent customer service.
- Handling payment transactions.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures at all times.

Hours are, Monday – Friday, 8.00am and 5.00pm, with 60 minutes break throughout the day.
