Comar Optics is expanding and we are looking for a customer service administrator to support our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming enquiries by phone and email and forwarding/responding as appropriate
- Managing multiple inboxes
- Preparing customer quotations and following these up
- Sales order entry
- Maintaining customers relationships and follow-ups
- Assisting with customer queries
- Sending and following up RFQs
- Reviewing and selecting product supply chains
- Production follow up
Key skills
- Understanding of and experience with using Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Good IT skills
- Experience in a sales administration or customer-facing role
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated and good at following up internally and externally
- Ability to work with others as part of a sales and technical project team
- Completing tasks - ability to 'get things done'!
This position is Monday - Friday, 7am-4:45pm with a 1 hour lunch break.
