Lab Technician Opportunity
Salary: £22,047.96 - £23,150.36
Hours: Full time, 6am-6pm Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday (3 days on/4 days off and 4 days on 3 days off)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lab Technician to join our friendly team. A.E.Rodda & Son have been operating in Scorrier, Cornwall for 132 years and we pride ourselves on supplying high quality clotted cream, milk and butter for our customers in Cornwall and globally.
The Role:
Our Lab Technicians undertake chemical and microbiological testing to ensure that the high quality of our raw and outgoing products are maintained.
Accurate process records are critical to the role.
The Requirements:
- Previous Food Manufacturing Technician experience is preferable.
- Science qualifications are helpful, (Science Accreditation, GCSE or 'A' levels) however, full training can be provided for the right person.
- Experience with Microsoft Office is desirable but not compulsory
- Applicants must be team players with initiative, the ability to prioritise and work independently.
- Applicants must possess strong attention to detail.
