Job Description
We are looking to recruit a suitably qualified Fire Extinguisher Service Technician to complement our existing service team.
The successful candidate will ideally be fully conversant of the requirements of British Standard 5306 and BAFE SP101 and based in West of Scotland to service and maintain portable fire fighting equipment.
Key responsibilities:
The position demands a high degree of customer awareness and a professional approach in delivering excellent service. Duties will include but are not limited to;
· carrying out maintenance in line with relevant British Standards
· advising on fire safety recommendations
· developing customer relationships through service excellence
Skills required:
· excellent communication skills and attention to detail
· ability to work as an individual and part of a team
· previous customer service experience
