The Job Role

Pastry Chef to work across the catering offering in this multi outlet operation in a prestigious school

To produce high quality food for both the core dining and busy hospitality

100% fresh, inclusive of all bread and pastry production

To work within a dedicated catering team

Confidently and positively adapting to the business needs as it grows
The Requirements
-
Experience in cooking in F&B outlets in high quality establishments such as private schools or quality hotels
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Innovative culinary skills and provide an exciting and nutritionally balanced diet
-
Ability to plan, monitor, and implement changes to support the goals of the business
