Job Description
Sebbin UK LTD, based in Egham (Surrey), belongs to Groupe Sebbin SAS, a French company based near Paris.
Sebbin Group designs, develops, manufactures and markets silicone prosthesis and other solutions for aesthetic and reconstructive surgery.
The team of Sebbin UK currently consists of 7 people (based either at Customer Service or in the field) .
We are urgently looking for a talented individual to join our lovely customer service team. The role is diverse and in addition to the duties listed below, may also support other areas : exhibitions, custom made implants.
1. Orders :
· Allocation of stock
· Orders acknowledgement and confirmation of the availabilities to the customer
· Processing the orders
· Consideration of customer-specific conditions, discounts, and promotions for orders
· Booking deliveries and collections
· Confirmation of the delivery to the customer
· Customer communication. Providing any required information to the customers by telephone and electronically
· Invoicing all orders in a timely manner
2. Reports :
· Monday revenue reports
· Usage reports (on request)
· Consignment stock reports
· Other reports as per request of Business Manager or Country Manager
3. Recievables:
· Following up with customers about payment of their Invoices
· Sending statements
· Reporting to Business Managers about delayed payments
· Working with the accountant to allocate payments
4. Co-operation with different departments with our parent company
Profile
· At least 1 year of professional experience at Customer Service and Cash Collection (preferable)
· Good MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
· Very good written and spoken English
· Very good communication skills, service orientation, quick comprehension, methodical-analytical and structured way of thinking and working
· Ability to work in a team
· Understanding supply chain
· Experience in medical devices field would be ideal (but not required)
Additional Informations
Full-time : 37.5 hours a week

Salary: £2,083.00 per month

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
