As a Barclays FXPB Client Service, you will be part of the FXPB global team, operating a 24 hour follow-the-sun model across multiple locations with the aim to provide timely and seamless solutions, ensuring clients benefit from dedicated support and expertise as well as proactive management of their issues. We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month, or a quarter. What will you be doing?
• Liaising with desks, brokers, trading & give up platform vendors and clients to have the trades matched
  • Managing customer relations by developing an effective communications process
  • Monitoring client and counterparty trade activity against available credit and product limits
  • Escalating to Credit Risk and Business any credit limit breach by client and counterparty
  • Assisting clients in inbound and outbound reporting
  • Partnering with external vendors, platforms, internal stakeholders and drive the onboarding of clients
What we’re looking for:
• Knowledge of Foreign Exchange, Prime Brokerage, Trade lifecycle, flows and control management
  • Broad knowledge of investment banking processes and Operations
  • Proven Demonstrable client services mind-set
  • Significant knowledge of the Traiana/Harmony/Netlink , Cobalt , ECN and other FXPB vendor applications or services would be beneficial


Skills that will help you in the role:
• Client service experience
  • Experience with dealing with a variety of stakeholders
  • Proven track record of execution and results, high level of drive to meet deadlines and targets
  • Broad knowledge of the control environment and ability to challenge processes and drive change across end-to-end flows

In the heart of Canary Wharf, our headquarters at Churchill Place boasts onsite amenities such as; a gym, staff restaurant and deli bar, and is easily accessible by tube and bus links. With a population of around 5000 staff the atmosphere is second to none with a real buzz being created around the offices within.
