The Copthorne Hotel Aberdeen is seeking a Finance Assistant. The successful applicant will assist with the day-day running of the Finance department.
Finance Assistant responsibilities include:
- Invoice processing
- General office administration
- Sales ledger & credit control
- Daily income audit to company standard
- Managing the daily floats
- Processing petty cash requests
- Completing the daily and month end banking journals
- Reconciling cash & credit card transactions and investigate any discrepancies
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a finance or admin role
- Experience of Opera/similar is advantageous
- Experience of Word, Excel, Email
- High level of numeracy and literacy
- A self-motivated individual who has the ability to work using initiative and as part of a team
- The ability to work to a high standard, while managing a busy workload
- The ability to work accurately under pressure
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, typically office hours

The Copthorne Hotel Aberdeen, is a beautifully maintained historic building situated in the heart of Aberdeen’s West End and provides convenient access to surrounding areas. The hotel offers 87 bedrooms, all with modern amenities.
