Job Description
Experience Level: 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist/Paralegal.
Department: Administration/Reception
Language Skill: English (Essential) - speaking, reading and writing;
Urdu/Hindi/Punjabi - (Beneficial but not essential)
Tasks
- providing administrative and legal support for the Legal Team
- managing general legal tasks for the Legal Function (mix of some administrative but mostly legal advice and paralegal tasks)
- assisting with billing, invoicing, matter management, and assistance with legal documents
- drafting;
- arranging online meetings, taking client’s calls
- attending webinars, making notes, and sharing them within the Legal Team; contributing with legal comments and materials for marketing; and
- undertaking legal and other research as required on projects or ad-hoc tasks
- Working with the immigration team.
- Attending consultations and assisting in the resulting cases as requested
- Performing such other related tasks as are assigned to you and relate to your skills and experience
- Communicating with clients to receive instructions and give advice.
- Working with estate agents and solicitors.
- working as a Fee Earners in conveyancing Transactions.
