OFFICE MANAGER
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week
Based: North Harrow, Greater London
Only Care is a privately owned Care Provider. We have an opportunity at our Head Office in North Harrow for an experienced Office Manager ideally with Care Homes experience or a similar service sector.
Reporting to the Director, the main responsibilities will be to lead and manage the overall administrative functions within the Head Office.
The role will be based at our Head Offices in North Harrow, London and is a full-time permanent role. Hours are 8.30am – 5pm.
Role responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact at the Head Office for administrative support to our Care Homes.
- Leading the procurement of goods and services for our Care Homes.
- Managing and negotiating supplier maintenance and service contracts.
- Ensure all the processes are in place in relation to invoicing – both supplier and client invoices.
- Ensure all relevant contracts, documentation, service level agreements are up to date.
- Working cooperatively with the Operations team to ensure that highest standard of safety and service are delivered at our Care Homes.
- Manage and maintain an efficient and effective filing system.
- Maintain all Head Office trackers.
