Job Description
We are seeking friendly retail team members to work in our gift shop, resort shop, mobile retail kiosks, themed outlet and photo shop.
You are expected to be role models on delivering exceptional guest interactions whilst
Operating tills
Cash handling/card transactions
Upselling items and promotions
Putting away deliveries and stock
Visual merchandising
Daily cleaning
Looking after our VIP guests and our Annual Pass Holders
Sharing your Park Knowledge to answer queries from our guests
No previous experience is necessary as first-class training will be given but a passion for customer service and a great attitude towards learning new things is a must.
The ideal candidate will:
Be a good communicator
Display confidence in dealing with the public
Have an eye for detail
Possess an ability to work independently and as part of a larger team and enjoy sharing a passion for giving a great guest experience
This is a seasonal position that requires you to be available to work weekends, during school holiday periods as well as bank holidays.
Our Meadows Resort shop for our holiday park guests, provides additional flexible working opportunities 8am and 9pm.
Hours will be rostered in advance. Flexibility is also required from you to meet peak and off-peak demands of our opening.
