Factory Administrator

Here at Siamo Ashby we have an exciting opportunity to undertake a new role, as a Factory Administrator, that you can grow into and make your own.
My market leading client require an experienced administrator who is happy to undertake any duties that come their way -Payroll, purchase orders, yard stock take once a week and knowledge of stock control software, and general admin duties as required by manager.
This is not just a desk bound role you will be required to undertake additional responsibilities around the site.
Excellent chance of a Permanent position.
Hours of Work and Pay
· £11.27ph
· Monday to Friday
· 08.30am -16.30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with Payroll
- Devising/maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
- Stock Control weekly
- Assist with the Despatch Team with tasks as required.
- Manage purchase orders and invoice processing.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and colleagues/internal stakeholders.
- Other administrator duties as required by Manager.
To be considered for the position you must have,
· Experience in dealing with Payroll or similar role
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
· Strong organisational and communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with Stock Control software
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
