Job Description
Small company requires a part time administrator / PA.
Duties include
- Speaking to customers and suppliers, handling phone calls, emails
- Helping out in the office, buying things we need
- Preparing and sending quotes, chasing them up
- Diary management and arranging meetings
- Some social media work potentially posting thing and engaging with users
You will be working on a few different projects such as helping out an Indian catering client, answering calls.
You should be flexible, smart, professional and good on the phone. Full training will be provided. You should want to learn different things and be comfortable doing a variety of different tasks. You should be comfortable working in a small office directly with the manager.
