The Junior HRBP will support the Business Partnering team in shaping and executing HR initiatives, supporting the people agenda and projects across the directorate. You will be a trusted business partner and advisor with the credibility to influence thinking, challenge, shape and identify opportunities to attract, develop and retain the best people to achieve business success.

Providing Business Partnering support to dedicated areas of the business as required, with full support and coaching by members of the HRBP Team

Developing within the Business Partner team by building and sustaining trusted relationships with senior leaders to help shape their people agenda, with a HRBP

Identifying opportunities and leads on the requirement for policy/procedural improvement in accordance with legislative changes and best practice

Leading change initiatives and support the HRB Team when wider transformation and change initiatives arise across the business.
To apply for this role, you will need a minimum CIPD Level 7 required or be working towards this. You will also require the following:

Experience working with executives and senior leaders

Experience leading or supporting large and complex transformation and change

Proven influencing, coaching and HR project management skills

Commercial acumen.
