Summary of Role
Responsible for supporting the administration work of the Learner Admin Team. Working from our Derby office supporting the business in relation to the administration of learner enrolments, certification and testing. To ensure that the wider business receive an efficient and effortless service.
Brief summary of principle accountabilities

Responsible for ensuring all learners are registered on to all appropriate systems within internal timescales.

Liaising with awarding bodies to deal with any issues with learner registration.

Supporting with test booking and invigilation

Processing certificates and arranging to send them out to learners

Ensuring all copies of documentation are uploaded and securely saved to the relevant system.

Support with the day to day running of the office and room bookings

To develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.

Making a positive contribution to the wider team, supporting, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure a great customer experience.

Qualifications

Grade A-C GCSE in English and maths or equivalent (E)
Skills and experience

Experience of working within a Administration department (D)

Experience of working within a Customer Services role (D)

Experience in data input using online systems (D)

Experience of interacting with customers both internal and external via telephone and email (D)

Experience of working within the further education sector and their programmes (D)

Experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel (E)
