Job Description

Lockton are actively seeking 2 data admin associates to join the Professional and Financial Risks Division in London. Due to growth within the division, the team requires administrators to help in the continue organisation of client files, to ensure continued success across the business.

• Initially this will be a 3 month fixed term contract. The roles are full time, 09.30am-5.30pm to be based out of our London office with a hybrid working pattern.
• About the role:
• Translating PDF Documents into Word Documents
• Ability to read and translate data
• Undertaking background research/investigation
• Assisting with administrative tasks and functions
• Cleansing through data from a number of different platforms

Qualification

• About you:
• This role would suit a school leaver/graduate who would like to join a big London Broker
• Basic understand of Microsoft Products
• Hardworking and willingness to learn
• Confident communicator both written and spoken
• Ability to manage time, prioritise and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality
• Excellent attention to detail, self-motivated and pro-active
