(Junior) Dispatcher - International Transport (m/f/d)

Main Responsibilities:

• Organisation of international shipments throughout Europe
• Acquisition, registration and processing of transport orders
• Truck dispatching on agency basis
• Coordination and supervision of the entire transport chain
• Preparation of transport and shipping documents
• Direct contact with clients and hauliers

Requirements:

• Experience in the sector of transportation and international forwarding desirable but not mandatory
• Good organizational skills and problem-solving competence
• Structured and autonomous way of working
• Ability to work in a team, able to handle a fast pace environment
• A high degree of flexibility and negotiating skills
• Independent and result-oriented work style
• Skilled in the use of all common EDP programs
• Very good knowledge of the English language, other foreign language skills are a plus
