OCL Solicitors is a rapidly expanding law firm dealing largely in Road Traffic Accident Litigation.

Job Description:
The role will include managing a case load of RTA claims, liaising with the client, arranging medical examinations, obtaining evidence from clients, third parties and police etc. This role focuses on dealing with more complex cases where a case may need to be issued at court under the Small Claims process, reviewing evidence received and forming appropriate arguments to reach eventual settlement for your client. You will be responsible for the running cases from liability response to completion.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Key responsibilities:
Running a case load on the OIC Portal (training to be provided)
Drafting letters to clients and relevant parties
Liaising with clients to obtain and relay information/updates
Liaise with Insurers, other Third Parties and their representatives
Ensuring case load is managed effectively and efficiently at all times and adhering to the SLA’s in place.
Previous experience in a similar role or relevant area is preferred, however training will be provided.
Hours: 37.5 hours a week, core hours being Monday- Friday 09:00 – 17:30.
Annual salary of up to £19,000 with bonus opportunity of up to £350 a month based on performance and attendance.
